Prompts for MMOM

I am undertaking the mmom for this year.

For those who don't know MMOM is a challenge to write 31 fics of any fandom for the 31 days of May. All the fics must contain masturbation of some sort, whether mutual or solo. 

Now, my uni schedule is really full and i'm supposed to be prac teaching in May so I plan to write these stories early and then post them in May. This is where you come in, I'm shite at prompts, so i'm asking you to prompt me for the challenge. I'd like as many as possible so I have some choice. 

I'll write in any fandom I know well enough to write, which are...

Bones, Boondock Saints, Buffy, Criminal Minds, Crossing Jordan, CSI, CSI: MIami, CSI: NY, Dr Who, Grey's Anatomy, Harry Potter, House Law and Order: CI, M*A*S*H, Matthew Reilly, NCIS, Numb3rs, Primeval, Sea Patrol, Stargate: Atlantis, Stargate: SG1, Tamora Pierce and Torchwood. I'm happy to do crossovers. 

So what I want from you is a Fandom, Pairing (or just a person you'd like to see 'flying solo' ;)) and a one word or short sentence prompt.

I love first time, I just can't help it... but if it's easier for it to be established, that's ok too.

NCIS, Gibbs/DiNozzo, stuck in a small room/space/cell/whatever, and Tony starts being all inappropriate and and talking about sex, so Gibbs is trying to shut him up, and finally just kisses him or something, and then they jerk each other off. *grins*
