The one I've never forgiven channel 7 for is Sapphire & Steel. They bought it in the 80's and only ever showed it on the rural stations in Queensland.
It was an amazing little sf/horror serial in the Doctor Who format (4 to 6 parts in a story) that starred David McCallum and Joanna Lumley.
Yep, it's been 25 years and I still hold a grudge!
