I have been nominated for a Numb3rs Award! Which is pretty awesome, for my story To The End Of Night, Larry/Megan schmoop.
I'm just amused because I'm a slash writer! And I've only written about 3 or 4 het stories, and the one that gets nominated is a het story. :P
So I'm stoked, thank you for nominating me!
Onto something a little stranger.
Yesterday while sitting in my computer room a small brown snake crossed the room in front of me, and it was really wincy, less than a foot long.
We caught it in a microwave bowl and took it for a walk... Oddity.
