It was actually pretty awesome, ours was a small MO, only 3 shares, but there were a lot of others around us. It made of a lovely community, we still go camping as a community every October to catch up now that people have moved and kids have grown up.
It wasn't just the MO's though, it was also the location, if you've heard anything about the alternative lifestyle in Australia you would have heard of Nimbin, which was and still is the center of Aus's alternative lifestyle movement. It's surrounded by dozens of MO's and is the center for cannabis reform rallies, community events and the history of hippies in the north coast. I'm quite happy to talk about it if you want to ask questions.
